Andy came out and made it so our dryer vent was blowing outside rather than all over the crawl space. The fan in our bathroom was also replaced. All done quick and efficiently! It was nice that he gave us the full report, cleaned his mess and was all around friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

12/11/2025 - It has been 30 days since Elevated Air Heating ("EAH") installed a complete heat pump system in my house, including the Coleman HH8 heat pump, new refrigerant lines in my crawlspace, new ducting, new furnace cabinet with blower and heat strips, and thermostat. The craftsmanship is a work of art which throughout the installation was exceptional; the high quality of the craft is evident in the installation of every component. EAH’s pricing was markedly more competitive. Their bid came in at $2,000 below the next-lowest proposal I received from other contractors—contractors who, unlike EAH, incorporated rebates and tax credits into their inflated estimates. After researching the cost of the major system components, it became clear that those other bids had been padded by the amount of the available rebates, tax credits and incentives. Following installation, EAH returned promptly to address a thermostat issue. Moreover, EAH assisted me with the installation of a smart thermostat, even though that work fell outside the original scope of the contract. Their responsiveness and willingness to ensure the system operated exactly as needed further reinforces the value of their high-caliber service. I have recommenced to my neighbors here in Salemtowne EAH for high-quality, reasonably priced HVAC work.

Andy came to replace a broken heat duct as well as clean out the dryer lint duct. He was professional and got the job done efficiently. He also mentioned a couple of things he noticed in the crawl space which was very much appreciated. We always noticed that the bedroom was colder then the rest of the house and that's because of the broken duct. I would definitely use Elevated Air Heating and Cooling again for any HVAC work.

Daniel and Andy were outstanding. They had a challenging time reinstalling our Mini-Splits that someone else installed incorrectly, but got our system up and running with very professional installation of the hoses and drains. They courteous and considerate. High Recommend.
