• Free Estimates: Free service estimates are provided for select new system installations, equipment replacements, and major projects.
• Upfront Pricing: We provide transparent pricing before starting work. However, final costs may vary if unforeseen structural issues, hidden system damages, or additional parts are required during the job. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and approved before work continues.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior written financing or billing arrangements have been established.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers must provide our licensed technicians with clear, unobstructed access to all HVAC equipment, meters, and relevant interior/exterior spaces. A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present at the property during the service window.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Manufacturer warranties on equipment (such as furnaces, heat pumps, and AC units) are subject to the specific terms provided by the equipment manufacturer.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elevated Air Heating & Cooling LLC is licensed and insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing system defects, structural deficiencies, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the failure of older HVAC components beyond our control.
